The District Head of Kamuru, Mr.Yusuf Ashafa, has reaffirmed his total loyalty to Agwom Ikulu, His Highness Sunday Bature Likoro. Mr. Ashafa led a delegation of village and ward heads to pay homage to the new monarch at the Chiefdom Palace in Kamuru Ikulu.
During the visit, Mr. Ashafa assured Agwom Ikulu of their unwavering support and commitment to mobilizing the subjects to live in peace and harmony with one another. He also pledged to strengthen the relationship between the Chiefdom and its people.
Mr. Ashafa expressed delight with the humanitarian policies of His Highness, Sunday Bature Likoro, and promised to give him the necessary support to take the Chiefdom to greater heights.
In response, Agwom Ikulu, His Highness Sunday Bature Likoro, appreciated the commitment of the village and ward heads in projecting the image of the Chiefdom.
He assured them that under his reign, the Chiefdom will provide a level playing ground for all traditional title holders to contribute to the progress of Ikulu land.
Agwom Ikulu tasked the village and ward heads to report any suspicious movement to the appropriate channels for immediate action, ensuring the safety and security of the Chiefdom and its people.
