The North-East Community Development Initiative Kaduna branch has unveiled new strategies aimed at addressing the numerous challenges facing the region.
The initiative's annual lecture and review held in Kaduna brought together stakeholders to discuss ways to mitigate issues such as insecurity, education imbalance among women, poor empowerment programs, and poverty.
Speaking at the event, Chairman Engineer Denis Moses emphasized the need for collective action, stating that the initiative is committed to working with the North-East Development Authority and other stakeholders to achieve success.
He said It's time to go back to the drawing board and find solutions to the problems that have been holding us back the region back
Speakers at the event stressed the importance of unity, calling on educationists, politicians, and business leaders from the region to speak with one voice and work towards a common goal.
The event featured cultural dances showcasing the rich heritage of the North-East tribes and the inauguration of board members of the North-East Development Initiative.
The initiative's efforts aim to bring about positive change and development to the region, and it is expected that the new strategies will yield tangible results in the near future.
