The Nigeria U-20 men’s national team, the Flying Eagles, touched down in the city of Talca on Thursday afternoon ahead of their FIFA U-20 World Cup fixtures.

On arrival, the team was warmly received by FIFA officials, members of the Local Organising Committee (LOC), and hotel management staff, who officially welcomed the squad to their base city.

Shortly after settling in, the Flying Eagles held their first training session in the evening, fine-tuning tactics and shaking off travel fatigue as they prepare for their upcoming group-stage matches.

The team’s presence in Talca has already generated excitement among local fans, who are eager to witness the young Nigerians showcase their trademark flair and resilience on the global stage.

With preparations now in full swing, the Flying Eagles are focused on making a strong start to their campaign and living up to Nigeria’s rich footballing tradition.
